2. Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is ours (wrong, damaged, expired), we will cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to customer change of mind, shipping is at the customer’s cost.
