All sales are final for opened or used products due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds or returns are only accepted if:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival.
Your order is missing items.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Return & Refund Process

2️⃣ Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
3️⃣ If approved, we will provide the return address for you to send the product back.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly.
4. Shipping Costs
If the mistake is ours (wrong, damaged, or expired item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be made to your original payment method (e.g. credit/debit card, FPX, or eWallet).
Please allow 5–14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
