Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping is charged based on total parcel weight.
Free delivery is available for orders above RM500.

All products are packed securely to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

Please check your parcel upon receiving. If the package is damaged, kindly report within 48 hours with photos.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
